    When will I receive my order?

    All clothing is made to order and is typically dispatched within 3 working days. Once dispatched, UK orders should arrive within 5-7 working days and International orders should arrive within 14 working days.

    These timescales are subject to change and will increase in busy periods - such as new launches and over the holiday season.

     

    Will I receive my order before Christmas?

    Yes, If ordered between these dates:

    Guaranteed Christmas Delivery Dates

    UK - 11th December 

    Europe - 8th December

    International - 3rd December

    We have worked hard to guarantee all orders placed between the dates above will be fulfilled in time for Christmas.

     

    I've ordered after the guaranteed Christmas delivery dates, when will I receive my order?

    If you have ordered after the Christmas delivery dates (see above) your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. Once dispatched, UK orders should arrive within 7-10 working days and International orders should arrive within 20 working days. 

    Please be aware that our offices will be closed over the holiday period, during these dates, no orders will be processed or dispatched and support staff will not be answering any questions.

    I've sent a message to your support team, what now?

    We aim to reply to all support tickets within 48 hours, please be aware that our friendly and helpful support team are only human and although work extremely hard and incredibly efficient they do need time off.

    Support Hours - 9:00AM - 5:00PM GMT (Monday to Friday)

    Please be aware that the next few weeks and throughout December our support team will be under a lot of pressure due to high order volumes over the holiday period, so please be patient!

    I've ordered the wrong size, what should I do?

    If you made a mistake when ordering and your order has not been processed yet we will do our upmost to make sure your order is updated before the order is dispatched - please send us a message below.

    PLEASE BE AWARE - ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF £5.00 GBP - WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES

    If your order has already been processed/dispatched/delivered - please send your items back to us at the address below, we will then issue you refund for the returned products - you will then have to re-purchase the correct size.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    No, we do not offer exchanges on products.

    If you would like to exchange your product for a different size/colour please return the items to the address below and re-order - once we have received your items back we will issue you with a refund for the returned products

    I received the wrong item!

    In the very rare occasion that you receive the wrong item please let us know immediately.

    Wrong items and damaged items must be reported/emailed within 3 days of receipt with photos attached to support@sboodle.com If not reported within 3 days, we will not issue replacements. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear of items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 3 day window of receiving the item.

    If you have received an incorrect item, please contact support@sboodle.com within 3 days of receiving your order.  

     

    Refunds

    Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
